Hi the ED40 was a new model and the last to come out of the uk factory .It used a Standard-Ricardo 2.3 engine which had been such a disaster in the Ferguson FE35 ,Ferguson had gone to Perkins engine. Depthomatic hydraulics came out in 1963 and saw an increase in power from 37 BHP to 41BHP the last ED40 were made in 1968 .
