 I don't recall if I told ya'll bout the issue with the "Fistula" that was surgically put in her upper arm for the Dialysis access but it was robbing too much blood flow down to her finger tips and the middle finger was starting to die off due to low blood supply,,!  The Surgeon tried to divert some more blood flow down to the finger tips but did not work. He had decided to plug off the fistula graft and put in a Catherter on her right chest for dialysis access this morning.

  After doing that procedure, He had another surgeon look at her finger and hand and due to a suspect "red" area on her palm,,they took several CT scans to look for infection and  told us she has some infection there and her hand needs to be opened up on both sides to repair, which is very tricky due to so many nerve endings there. They called around and there is a specialist hemotologist in Lubbock, Tx so they are sending her over tonite with the specialist on standby to do the procedure soon as she gets to ER, The Hemotologist says she can save her hand,altho she is going to lose the finger at the 2nd knuckle. Man,,what a day this has been,,,,,,
