I've decided to begin selling an experimental door shock kit for these tractors. i spent some time on these about 10yrs ago but because the closest tractor was 90 miles away and that guy wasn't interested in a kit, i let the idea die. I was around it enough to understand why people want a kit. i could barely squeeze into the cab! Anyway here is the deal. i have some old notes that i will include along with all the parts needed. the catch is you will need to design it with some farmer ingenuity. I'll keep the price down as low as i can. $65 including shipping is where i will start and you'll need to order from me to start with, as there isn't any alot of profit here and i'm sure mark's boss at D&K repair isn't going to sell them without a profit. We'll see how this goes. no warranty or money back guarantee, sorry! Tom Scheffert questions thru the forum or to my email <tomscheffert@live.com

So you still want someone to buy it and do your work for you? I’ll squeeze through my door out of spite.

I'd love to work with someone who has it figured out. I don't have a 7580 even close to work with. all i'm furnishing is the parts.

Victory, your negativity doesn't add anything beneficial to this forum. I believe Tom just wanted to work with someone on his project and no more.

It’s positively absurd he wants someone to buy a incompletely designed product refine his idea and give it back to him so he can profit from it. No different than tell someone you go to work I’ll collect the check. If he wants someone to refine it give them the prototype then once they produce a refined product compensate them. I've never said I wanted it back for free. I'd be happy to buy the top brackets from the designer. I tried to work with 2 fellows on this years ago, but they didn't get back to me. I've always had a return policy of 'no questions asked, return's'.

Your website defines your intention much clearer. I get a much different impression reading the website than your post. |
