Is the seat the same on the 185 and 190xt or are they different? The 185 has a cab and someone cut it down so it is not too tall. Feels like you are sitting almost on the transmission.

Some of those Hiniker or Year-a-Round cabs required moving the seat forward. So, if that is the case, you'll have to figure out how to move it back and that will mean torching/welding/fabricating. An old 185 seat suspension frame would be the same as a 190 pretty much. The seat cushion was never the same as a 190. The later 185 seat suspensions are like a 7000 series cab tractor.
