My d10 has the hydraulic control value with 2 levers right side of seat. The pump is above PTO. It has a spot where I think a 3rd lever could be but blocked off. Problem is it’s squirting fluid out the back of one of the caps directly behind the control value. Does anyone know exactly what size orings and springs I would need to go in and replace to fix this or is there a kit. If not I would settle for an aftermarket control value if anyone knows of one that would work. Thanks

Ah yes, very familiar...
You have to replace the O ring in the valve slide. I found an after market variety pack and it had one that fit. Be careful if you take that back cover off as it has to BB's for detent control that has a spring. They will fly out!

Ah yes, as Charlie said, be careful or you'll lose yer balls...
![]() I think, IIRR, a 170 valve is the match for the D-10/12 valves. I did add a 3rd lever, about 10 years ago, to my D-10(III), and I found another valve, in a junkyard, to rob a section offa!

If it's just worn out O-rings it will be a fairly simple fix. If it still squirts after you replace them, then the inside of your caps are probably rusted and pitted and the O-rings can't seal. I had a machine make new ones for me because you can't buy them. I probably wasted my money because the valve still doesn't hold well. There is no kit that I know of. You can buy a few pieces from Agco, but not much. I've considered an aftermarket valve myself. Using one would probably mean sacrificing the traction booster.

It sounds like the O-rings, pull the valve out. When doing this put a Wall-Mart bag around it to stop the 2 balls from flying out into you shop area. Been there and done that, it works.
