So it ran a few years ago. But I had some trouble getting it to turn over without alot of effort and it ran at really high rpms it seemed. A small radiator leak was also there. Then Some water got in the head sitting outside and it seized up.

Now everything is unseized, new valves, seats, new radiator, starter and generator were rebuilt, new wiring harness, rebuilt carb, different magneto, all new lubricants, tie rods, gaskets, hoses etc.
I just have to bolt the head back on and put the push rods in.
Anything else I should check or have done before I attempt at starting it?

Only thing I would add is to keep an eye on oil pressure, when she starts. leave the VC off, and make sure the upper end is getting oil, and make sure governor is functioning and getting oil, too.
