I do not see steering levers, so I am going to say 655.

I thought it might be a 655 but I got an owners and service manual and some things look different. It has 3 pedals and 2 gear shifts, one between the pedals by the radiator and one under the seat. Also on the left side console by the seat I have a throttle lever and another blank spot that looks like it’s for the hydrostatic forward and reverse. but it’s not there?

one between pedals at radiator must be the forward / reverse shuttle shift. one under seat is for transmission. I have seen hydraulic steering clutches next to the front of the seat on a 653.

Been sitting awhile. By the looks of the dirt fill in has been in water at least that deep a few times.

gas or diesel engine ?
seems the cage over the driver seat is something that needs work to be other than a brush guard or sun shade |

4 cyl Diesel engine. I don’t think think the lever in between the peddles is the forward and reverse shuttle. It feels like it has more gears like a main transmission. I wish I had a picture of the operators station to show y’all.

the lever between peddles might be the fuel shut off that goes to injector pump ?

It’s not connected to the injector pump. It’ goes directly into the transmission. It’ looks like the machine has two transmissions and the main one is not directly connected to the engine. It has a driveshaft between the engine and the first transmission and then a driveshaft comes out of the first transmission and goes to the rear transmission under the seat. My other question is how do you turn the machine off? Is it with the throttle because I do not see any wires or any other cables on the injector pump.

if the throttle will not then you should be able to cut off at injector pump. the previous owner may have an electric solenod wired in with key switch that will cut it off. they made a lot of modifications to this unit. more pics would help with identifying everything.

Unless this is a mix and match machine - the spoked front idler and the cover near the throttle control - operators left side - indicates that the machine is an AC HD4.
The 650 series machines had solid front idlers, and no secondary cover near the throttle control. With no steering levers ~ the machine might have had the optional pedal hydraulic steering. Orangeman
