I am trying to sell a White 1370 tractor and need to get a new set of back tires on it. They are cracked and leaking severely. I live in North Dakota.
Can anybody recommend somebody that sells used tires? Preferably something in the upper Midwest. I figure I can have them shipped in by FedEx ground or similar. The tires are 16.9-30 Thank you

I know CFI Tire in Des Moines has used tires. What about All States Ag? They probably have a yard much closer. Then there's Tire Town in Leavenworth KS. They buy Titan's blems from Des Moines, probably Firestone too. I'm told they ship just about anywhere.

I was just curious too if anybody knew if tractor tire wheels came in many different bolt patterns and hub sizes or if they tended to be standard like implement wheels?
I see some for sale completed with wheels and wonder if some could work.

Those Fiat tractors have a slightly different bolt pattern from the US 8 lug pattern. How much are you asking for the 2-70 guess the transport would be a lot. |

It is actually a 1370. About a 55 hp tractor. Same as an Oliver 1365.
I am asking $3000 but after starting it up and finding the 3 point hitch lever seized, I would sell if for $2000. Below is the link to the online ad for it. |

Thank you Dakota Dave. I will check the name you mentioned. Harry's tire that I usually deal with does not have any used tires in that size. It is kind of an oddball size in articulated tractor country!
Northwest Tire has various branches but didn't have any either.

Do a little research someone in Wisconsin was dealing in used tires. What about a salvage yard?

My cousin had a couple of the Oliver 1365's I think he bought new. Have near 10,000 hr on them, other then clutch's and tie rod ends, they were very dependable. I think he still has one, the rest of his tractors are green with yellow wheels, oh except for a CIH 71something.

That's a great buy on that tractor wish I weren't 1500 miles away.If AC had sold
a 4 cylinder version of the 5050 that'd be it.I have a 4WD and a 2WD Oliver 1365 and they are really good tractors almost exactly like the 5050 except they are 4 cylinder. |

Well, the old girl sold this morning as is with bad tires and all.
Now I will have fun looking for a replacement! Thank you to all for the advice. I had priced out new tires and even if I saved a couple hundred per tire, I would still need to get new tubes, reload with calcium, shop time, etc. New tires on both sides mounted and calcium transferred would be about $1400 pre-tax. If I got used tires, I would still be looking at $1000 pre-tax and I would probably have a couple hundred into shipping them here on fedex ground or similar.

Watch out for a supposed tire dealer named Amy Leigh Hanchett in Kansas. I paid for a new, old stock tire. Guess what? She has my money & I have no tire. She picked up on my post on the Forum so she watches us.
