I have a chance to buy a 2 bottom trailer plow. Think it's for the wc. It's all complete has spoked wheels. He wants 250 for it. Is it worth that or should I offer a little less? Has 2 levers to raise and lower the plows

That price is not out of line. The plow shares would be my biggest concern. They can be hard to find.

Alright. They seem to be in good shape. Reason I ask is cuz he's dropped the price 200 in the past 3 weeks

The general rule has been $100 per bottom if the plow is in field ready condition. This has slowly changed to almost any condition.
