I went to auction last Saturday to check on some items,---ac-b ---$450. ac-c $500.--not running and kinda stuck, 1 back and1 front tire on each one flat, both were dragged out of a shed that was being torn down.----I just missed out on bidding on them, as I was over at the other auction line buying chainsaws (3 of them)!---Hate when they run more than 1 line!---miss a LOT of stuff that way!
Stuff was selling high too.----I had the top bid on a Cat. D-7-17a,---- but the seller wouldn't take that low of a bid for it so they passed it up!!
Missed a auction today because the ferd diesel thermostat stuck just up the road, forcing us to turn back! thanks; ac fleet

Next time that happens peck on the thermostat housing and usually they'll open up. Then put a can of water pump lubricant in the rad. and that most likely will fix it.

I missed the Storey Tractor auction because of scheduling conflict. I'm still kicking myself for that one....  There were WD and D parts tractors galore. And I need the parts. The stuff was cheap I heard. Whole tractors less than $100

I am limited on travel,---right now I can't leave the driveway!! Explorer gotta have gas tank and fuel pump replaced, so it not running and today I did get the junk diesel drained so I can attempt to break off 3 thermo. cover micro screws!---wot a crock!---should have 3/8" hold down bolts instead of what stupid Navistar used!---(they never could build a decent v-8 diesel motor)! The pickup still don't start when warm and I think it has a small leak in the bottom of the rad. so we are kinda stranded, again!!! lol!!!---To add to it,-- I am missing 1 little chainsaw!----It wasn't running, so it had to be carried off by someone!---P#&&%& me off!---- I don't have THAT many saws to start with!  thanks; ac fleet

Seems tractor prices are down somewhat.  I passed up a JD 450 crawler with front blade yesterday because I really don't need it and I don't have anything to haul it on. It ran good and had good hydraulics, not sure about the undercarriage, went for $6750. I don't like those two line auctions either, missed bidding on some things because I was watching something in the other line.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.
