 Topic: Identifying a bunch of allis tools

My brother works at a Deere dealer and one of his coworkers brought a bunch of allis tools up he wants to sell. He doesnt know anything about them other than they came from Guthrie Oklahoma dealer. My question is if i post a bunch of part #'s can somebody tell me what the tool was used for?

If you find a small-ish one that looks goofy and all kinds of jacked up, it's a special tool supplied with a SP-100 All-Crop. Not sure what it did, but it was listed as "special tool".

I see at least 6 axle nut removing sockets, might work on AC's, or even trucks...

Yes Dave, most of those axle sockets are for road trucks and trailers. Got some in my box right now. Wish I had a dollar for every time I had to use them.

They are tools for 7000 series tractor. Transmission through rear end. Some are just pullers. Flat plate with notches is for setting shifting forks. Big nut sockets are for different nuts in transmission and rear end. Tubes are stands for rear axel. Some you will never use. MACK

ahhh Mack, but I PAID for them... we had a tranny set for a specific tractor, about $2800 the company said you could not service the unit with out it. The first time we had a unit down several years later, the tech was putting the unit back together and I ask why he did not use the tool kit = "well I looked at it , and just welded a this or that and make a better kit and had it together before I could have uncrated that took kit" grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
