WD45 Starter Question

   Hello all. Does anyone know an easy place to get a "through bolt" for the Delco Remy starter on a WD45? Also, the guy took apart the starter by the through bolts, not pulling the whole starter by the bolt on the side. Is there supposed to be washer(s) after the bushing that maybe dropped in the housing? Thank you!
