Under the point/condenser mounting plate.

A Don mentioned, they are located under the breaker plate. If you happen to notice the weights are stuck from rust or oil, you can remove the weights, (make sure you don't loose a spring) clean em' up with some brakekleen, or if they're rusty run em' on a wire wheel, then give em' a couple coats of dry graphite lube. This will allow them to work nice n' free again. DO NOT us oil on em' or grease! HTH
