Does the belt pulley on a WC run in oil, or is it just lubricated via the greases zerk? Says in the manual to take off the cover and add a little lubricant for extended pulley use? Thanks in advance.

The inner bearing runs in the transmission oil, the outer bearing is lubed with the grease fitting
