I've got an xt 190 that the lifting power on the Allis loader has never been the greatest. Hyd. oil is ok. Saw on another post about hose ends. Aside from that is there any valve that could go bad? How about hyd. pump?

Any one piece of the system could be wrong, or "bad" and your loader may not lift as you think it should. That being said, how bad is it, what what model loader is on it, and what won't it lift, do you know the approximate weight of the items(s)?
A loose valve bore in the valve stack, a bad seal in the cylinder, incorrect couplers, bypass valves releasing early, air in the system, pump worn out, incorrect fluid, can all contribute or be the sole cause of a loader not lifting to capacity. The first thing I would do is put some gauges on it, and see what pressures you are getting. The simplest is to put a pressure gauge in a coupler fitting, and see what you are getting at the couplers, when the bypass valve opens, and then we can go from there. Thanks for the info. Don't know the model # of the loader without looking at it. Loader gets used mainly for picking rocks in the spring. How much weight will it lift? Good question. Loader bucket 3/4 full of small rocks you have to rev engine to get it to lift and then its slow and seems to struggle to lift it.
