I can get to the web page, enter the model number, then nothing. Same from work or home. Anyone else having trouble?

When I went to windows 8.1 I started having with it, I can get on but get kick off after a time of using it. Kenny L.

Windows 8.1 is the operating system your puter uses. The browser you use may make a big difference in Windows 8.1. Try using Mozilla Firefox. I've been using it for years and like how it works for the most part. 100% better than Internet Explorer ever hoped to be.
