Had a heck of a time getting the fish loose from the grills in the smoker.

Anyone have a secret to keep it from sticking that they might share?

i use PAM spray. another way is to use a small cookie sheet type pan and place the fish on it after also spraying it with PAM. then you don't loose any dropped pieces down thru the grates

 Hey Dave H,, I've tried same thing as you but gaave it up after losing too many pieces down the grill wires,,,I now haave a cast iron pan with ridges that leave "grill marks" on the fish for looksies and like ole frugal Shameless,,,,,you don't lose any groceries to the grill,,,Clap

 Do any on ya'll have this same issue with your computer,, where it types double letters , mostly the "a" s??  This started doing it a few months ago and getting worse,,,notice the post above where it typed a double "a"  twice,,,? It ain't the keyboard as it is a new keyboard,,,,hmmmmm??

Joe is your left pinky OK.  I got similar problems with the a, s, and cap locks.  Have known for eons that is cus my left pinky now stays about 2/3 numb.  Don't always know where  that little rascal is or what it is doing.  Confused

We just leave the skin on use pam  put skin side down on the grill. when their ready to flip the skin stays on the grill . if your slow smoking just take off if you grilling flip over onto skin thats stuck to the grill.
