Does anyone happen to have a set of fire rings that MACK made laying around? I regret never getting a set from him before he passed.

Use hylomar on the whole gasket, did that on my d19 diesel and never had a problem with it for the last couple years.

Did you use the spray? I’ve heard of it but usually use copper coat on head gaskets.

Yes I did, it’s like $40 bucks on Amazon for a 16oz can Here’s a link to where I got it.. https://www.amazon.com/Hylomar-HUBRA01-Polyurethane-Sealant-Aerosol/dp/B0086AJ75UAnother plus is you can supposedly reuse the gasket if you ever pull it off again. Haven’t had to pull the head I put it on again so I don’t know if that’s true.
