Wife told me tonight her mother tested positive for Covid! As she was already under Hospice care for Alzheimers at the Nursing home they put her on Zpac antibiotics. Wife saw her last for 10 minutes back in November as Governor and her Health Department have ordered lockouts of Nursing homes. WE will have to see how the Covid progresses and if she gets bad will Linda be able to see her mom.

Mark, i have seen on the NEWS where people in your situation go to the Nursing Home and stand outside the window of the room and just wave and give hand signals.... I guess that works good if your on the 1st floor..

Prayers from Georgia for your wife, her mother, and for you. People should be allowed to visit their loved ones when they are approaching the end of their road. Advise them of the risks, let them sign a waiver, and then let them in to see Mom, Dad or whomever.

Thank you all for the prayers and consideration. Wife talked with one of the aides by phone checking on her mom. She said Mother in Law didn't eat much today but was resting ok. Time will tell the tale. Thanks again!
