Acquired a NOS AC filter element #3031996  Local dealer is unable to determine its application  Would appreciate some insight

This is the exact filter I'm looking for and can't find Disapprove

It's the filter for the hydraulic system reservoir on the right-hand of the driver's seat.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that. I'm not sure if it was used for multiple machines or not (it probably was) but the one I know for certain is the hydraulic reservoir for the HD4 crawler.
