The Allis Connection will be having a display on Antique Row at the Farm Progress Show, August 29, 30, & 31 in Decatur, IL.  All displays have to be in place by the end of the day on Monday, August 28.  Nothing can leave the displays until 4 PM on Thursday, August 31.  TAC will have a 40 X 70 ft. dry lot.  No water or power.  We can bring in chairs, a tent, a table, & coolers.  We will be cooperating with the Triple A Allis Chalmers Club from south of Effingham, IL.  The Half Century of Progress Show will be August 24 through 27 in Rantoul, IL.  It's possible to display at the Half Century, load up on Sunday or Monday, then head south down the interstate to Decatur, IL. & set up on the TAC lot at the Farm Progress Show.  Decatur is located on I-72 and the Farm Progress Show is about 3 miles south of the IL. Rt. 48 exit.  There will be traffic but the Illinois State Police, Macon County Sheriff's Department, & the Decatur Police Department do an excellent job of traffic control.  Decatur is a permanent FPS site with asphalt streets and real rest rooms.  Check out the FPS website for specific info.  TAC would like to see our lot full of A-C tractors & equipment!
