Today while running the grain cart for wheat harvest, a sensor failure occurred while dumping grain into the semi. The sensor failure light popped up under the gear shift indicator and the error code was E27.

Tractor Details:
diesel fuel
18-speed transmission
model year 1996
model #9675

Welcome to the forum. Error code 27--open coil at solenoid MC2. MC2 coil is the bottom one of the front row of coils on the right hand side of the tractor. There should be a large plastic shield covering the coils and valve body under the right front of the cab. They are by the transmission filter also. A good ohm meter would be helpful to test it against a new one or a good used one. There could also be a break in the harness or a poor connection at the left front of the cab.
