Kevin, I think Norm sells the grills made by Don Snow. I have bought several from Don and helped him with the black bar series. They are better quality than the factory originials.

If the outside frame is in good shape, you can put a new sheet of expanded metal inside of it.  I have done it with excellent results.  I have a D-14 one to do in the future.

I have looked into buying new expanded metal to put into my frame, but I have not been able to find the exact size, very close but not exact. But if I can't find an original thats what I will do. Thanks, Kevin
