We have had a Deutz 5215 for awhile and just bought a mower deck that is suppose to fit it. After getting it home and looking at it we do not have every thing we need to mount it dose anyone have one that could post pictures of how it mounts. Thank you

Is that the same as the AC 5020? If so I can get some pics when it's daylight out and maybe a little warmer. If I remember correctly, there are two pieces that sandwich the front axle on each side. The rear is only attaches to the lift cable that goes back to the three point. Then you gotta have the box that goes under the rad, with the belt pulleys. And you need the electric clutch on the front shaft.

I scanned the install instructions for the model 60A that I have on my 5015. It was originally sold for both the 5015 and 5215.
Should be able to get to it here. Sorry if some pages are upside down, scanning from the book on my equipment leaves no option. |

Curious how you are doing with the mower you have, installing it on the 5215?

I have a Allis Chalmers 5215 with a belly mower. The reason they don't use the mid pto is the drive box on the deck is to close to the mid Pto and the deck gear box and mid PTO don't line up.Its off set.I have been looking at like a John deere or Kubota system so that you could use the mid pto and get rid of the box on the 540 rear because it limits your ground ckearance across ditches and etc.I have pictures of mine and also have the manual for mine.
