I see that there is a deutz allis SM 55 rotary sickle mower (like a disc bine) for sale on a local online classifieds. It's a 3 pt one. Looks pretty good. Anyone have any experience with one of these. I know that vermeer made a lot of implements for deutz. Is this a re-badged vermeer, or something that is Deutz's very own handy work. ..? Thanks, Darrel

Probably built by PZ out of Switzerland and think. I have a DA discbine. Easy to change blades but they took a center bearing and built the machine around it. No fun at all when that bearing goes out.

I have found that parts are hard to find and what parts are available are pricey.
From a parts man view is to stay  away.
