Now she's a wanting me to buy a brand spanking new truck. Anybody here driving a 18 or 19. Dodge? Not my 1st choice but I like the longer box on the full 4 door units. Longer box than GM's. But GM has a far deeper box and for me easier to get into.

I have a 2018 Ram Tradesman 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 with the 6.4 Hemi. I like the truck. Averages 16 miles to the gallon which I consider excellent for a 4.10 geared truck. Pulls my 18' deckover trailer with 14 4x4 bales the best of any pickup I've had. Interior wise I would like to have something other than cloth but I bought seat covers. Only having the truck for 4 months I am satisfied. Only having 6 pickups and 1 car in 48 years of driving with 3 of them being used vehicles means to me I have been conservative! Yes I could have kept the 2002 GMC going. I now drive more miles than I ever have averaging 25 to 30 k a year.

We have a 2018 2500 hd with the 6.4 also Larime package. We have had it three months. Very happy so far. Pull a 25 foot gooseneck trailer and a 35 foot bumper pull camper. Very happy with it so far. Like the ride empty or with a load. I have a 6 foot 4 bed and a four door

I've got the same truck in a '16 with vinyl seats and rubber floor mats. Absolutely no complaints so far

I like the fact that you can get a longer bed with the 4 door than you can in a GM version. How do you like that shifting knob on the dash ? I like the GM ride far better.

This works for me. Oct. 2, 2017 I bought a 2014 Ram, long bed, 5.7 Hemi, reg cab, 32224 miles, $15,000. Gets over 21 mpg on highway if you believe the screen in truck. Go to Fastenal.com. I should get a commission for this.

Mine has the shift handle in the column like they have always been. Believe the knob thing started after mine was built. Only complaint I have about my truck is either it's to tall or I'm to short

My 18 2500 has a lever. 1500 have knob. Wife’s 19 Pacifica has knob, takes time to get use to it

I have a 2015 Tradesman 3500 single cab and a 2018 Laramie Longhorn Southfork, both with the 6.4, happy with both of them. My opinion is that you can't go wrong.
