No trailer Queens on this farm! D-21 pulling a D-A 1300 (25'6") cultivator for the first pass. I use an A-C 1300 (24'6') with buster bar and double rolling crumbler for the final pass. I bought the A-C cultivator new in '

Looks like fun to me! A/C and heat just make you soft! LOL! Little dust never hurt anybody. My grandad ate it his whole life, never bothered him.

Calvin, I'd say your machines look pretty good! I bet your nose is full of good soil after all that play. Nothing like good honest work, just like the "old" timers use to do it. Do you have any 210/220's on your land?

The D-21 looks good pulling the cultivator. Your wife may be right on the A/C cab tractor in the shed, but you didn't say that it was a green one. You look better on the orange one. Is the picture taken to the west of your buildings? I ate a lot of dust in my day, including shoveling grain in the granary off the end of the threshing machine blower as a young teenager.

Ray, you were not to mention that the one in the shed was green. It's been here for more than 20 years. Yes the picture was west of the buildings. There is a 220 waiting to get painted that will have 30.5's on the back and a 210 basket case that may see life again some day.

Spent most of yesterday cultivating 105 acres with my finishing cultivator. This combo makes a nice seed bed. |

Calvin as far as I'm concerned the level of satisfaction at the end of the day is directly proportional to how black your kleenex or snotrag is LOL!

I like the open station way better than a cab. Fresh air and the purr of the motor, along with better view and you can hear things better.

Friend of mine in SD says that cabs, air cond, and radios have burned up more balers - can't hear when the bearings are going out and next thing you know you have a fire. Of course he just might be jealous as none of his stuff has cabs........

Phil, This D-21 came out of the salvage yard in Lamond near you. The former owner of TIM HORTONS in Fort Saskatchewan threw a rod out of the engine on the road going to his farm. I think that the daughter owns the TIMYS now.
