I am in the process of painting my rear rims after getting them sandblasted I was surprised to see "Firestone" marked on the inside. I didn't know they made these rims?? Ryan

Saw that on the rim of my 1960 D14 when I was changing tires as well ...

I think Firestone purchased Electric Wheel in the 1950's and they made a bunch of rims for A-C.  So not totally surprised by this discovery.  Thanks for sharing it though!

Just did some too. 51 B had Firestone and 62 D17 had Motor Wheel Co.
