City kid bought 40 acres close by me and a D-17 series I.  I've known him since he was toddler, now he has a wife, two kids and trying to survive on a youth pastors salary.  Told him I wasn't much help on this modern stuff but we'll eventually figure it out.  He bought this 3pt conversion kit and has too many parts leftover.  The part with the arrow point to it I thought went on top of the drawbar between the snap coupler and drawbar clamp but if you use the front bolt of the clamp it appears the clamp won't tighten to prevent the drawbar from moving.  Are you supposed to drill 2 holes in the drawbar and where?  Also the piece circled I assume are for anti-sway chains as it has a 5/16 hole drilled in them but where does this mount?  And last, the small piece at the bottom I never saw unless that unless that is a top link adaptor of which it's already on.  Sorry for the blurry picture but you can blame Tony's Tractor for that, I stole it from his website.

The piece with the arrow pointing at it goes on top of the drawbar, it uses the hole from the drawbar strap on one side and you need to drill a hole for the other side. The sway block piece goes over the top of the drawbar hanger and bolts to it with the holes you mentioned. You may need to drill holes in the hanger for these. The small clip piece is part of the top link attachment which is used on the kit for a wd/wd45. I think the series I and II uses the same kit as the wd/wd45 with the top link piece being the only difference.
190XT Series III, D17 Series IV, D15 Series II, All Crop 66 and a whole mess of equipment.
