Trying to get an old tractor running. When I got the tractor it had a blown head gasket but I could get it to start and run long enough to load. Replaced the head gasket and new intake manifold. Put new plugs, wires, coil, cap and rotor on it. Try to start it no spark. Pulled cap off and distrubitor is not turning. Any help would be greatly apprecated.

More than likely, the Distributor main shaft gear is completely worn out and not turning with the drives main shaft gear. If that's the case you may need to change both the Drive gear and Distributor main shaft gear being they mech together. Also, I've seen happen is the Distributor main shaft freeze in the oilite bushing. In either case, its time for a rebuilt Distributor and drive. Whats the number of the Distributor off its tag? Could be an 1112607 Delco. The Gas and LPG D15 Tractors ran that model Distributor...

Pulled front off governor. Weights are in little pieces and large gear is missing teeth. Also cracked front housing on governor. Where can I find parts?
