I HAVE TO PULL OUT MY FRONT PTO SHAFT ON MY 1957 D14. MY QUESTION IS HOW TO REMOVE THE FRONT FREEZE PLUG WITH OUT DESTROYING IT. I WANT TO HAVE IT SOME WHAT INTACT SO I CAN MEASURE IT UP SO I CAN GET NEW ONE. MY PLAN WAS TO DRILL HOLE IN THE CENTER AND THEN USE A SLIDE HAMMER TO PULL IT OUT. DOES ANYBODY HAVE A BETTER IDEA?
