I'd take the bearings to a good qualoty local auto parts store, find the oldest guy there, and ask him to take a stab at cross referencing them. Should be some numbers on the bearings...

IF you get the ID and OD of seal or bearing, they can be cross referenced or looked up on internet.

You need the ID, the OD and the width... then you need to know if you want a ball bearing or a roller bearing......... Here is a drawing.... movie a the bottom..
lets say you measure the ID (d) to be .560" and the OD (D) to be 1.180 inch.... then i search for "bearing .560 ID" ......... or "bearing 1.180 OD"........ note that a LOT of bearings are measured in mm ... a common lawn mower spindle bearing is .669 inch which is actually 17 mm ........ so sometimes if you measure .665 or .670 ... you might want to search for "17 mm" . 90% of all bearings are METRIC.. If your caliper reads in inches then multiply by 25.4 and you will convert to mm.... Example ............ .669 inch x 25.4 = 16.99 mm ... so that is a 17 mm bearing..
If i type in "17 mm ID bearing" on e-bay, i get several options for the OD and WIDTH... this is one.. if i look at the OLD race, i might see the number "6203" on the race... if the bearing is damaged, you go by the dimensions... 17 mm ID... 40 mm OD... 12 mm Wide. ..... a 17 mm bearing ID could have several options for the OD... 40 , 44 , 52 mm OD ...... so you have to look close ............ seals work the same way. The bearings in a D10/12 box are a bunch of balls caged in a plastic retainer, much like Ross B & C boxes. Most likely NLA from anywhere. I have just added another ball.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
