If you are referring to the one in the NH craigslist that had been labeled as such, to me, that one looks like it might actually be the British built ED-40.

The FD5 looked similar, but its much less common to come across one here in the States. They had a big 50hp air-cooled engine, according to tractordata.com

Definitely an ED40.  Many of them north of the border here.  Not in high demand.
