I bought a Series III D12 yesterday.  The tractor has the front bumper weight.  In addition, the owner included a brush guard that he said is factory.  It is designed to bolt to the two bolts that hold the bumper weight on.  Does anyone have a set up like this?

Nice find.  Might not be the AC factory, though.  Lotsa farm stores and dealers could order that style of guard, I'm pretty sure.  Lessn I saw a AC part #, or a picture in a book, I wouldn't be convinced of AC authenticity.  Don't get me wrong, I hope to be proved wrong...Wink

I don't think it is factory either.  I have not seen another one like it.

I don't know if it's original, but it is a grill guard for a tractor with a loader.  I'd love to find one for my D14.  I keep bumping the grill with a lift.

Larry, Probably the tractor you beat me to by an minute or two.  Haha.  Looked like a great tractor.

It doesn't look like any I have seen. The series III has only one style in the manual. It fits in front of weight. Grill guard does not have hitch built in, it is cast inside of weight. The grill guard for series I and II, are quite different.  JMHO, Tracy
