Mine has the serial number where it's supposed to be but also has another number stamped on the torque tube. Numbers aren't the same. Only D19 I've ever seen with a number on the torque tube. For the longest time I thought I had a 1961 D19 until I discovered the number on the back that makes it a 1962.
