When removing the oil cooler  from a 2900 to have the oil pass through the galleries in the block you must remove a spring and an oil gallery plug.  How do you remove  internal plug ?

Make a plug to fit loose in bore with center hole the size of long drill bit. Slide plug in block to center dill. Drill old plug and hope drill catches plug enough to pull it out.        MACK
