I had converted the old Allis to a single control but never liked the amount of stroke and the overall efficiency of the mechanism. I came up with this, will see how well [IF] it functions.

G-B did have single, but the hydraulics layout was also different with the control valves on the side not top of tank. This brings a lot of hand movement down to minimal.

I bet it helps . on that 6g when you go to raise and lower the boom if you forget to push it back in the middle going down it will keep going and pick the machine up lol

My machine has the return to dig detents, when you pull full back it latches in and the linkage alongside the lift mechanism trips the bucket then drives the bucket back down. If you do not catch it the loader will try to raise the tractor. Is suspect that was in allowance of the multiple levers and redirection of the machine requiring BOTH hands, one for clutches one for shifter.

With the reman'd bucket on the control is a lot crisper and shorter throw than what I had made prior. Still a learning process on use or getting used to it. |
