I believe I’m going to have to do some repair on the compensator on my 7060. I had to put a couple parts in it a few years ago and my local dealer couldn’t get shims and a couple other parts he said they were obsolete. Does anyone know a source for parts or maybe a new compensator valve? Thanks

There are many different shims - some NLA, some are.  What do you need ?

I know they discontinued the thinnest (.005") shims many years ago and rightly so. They were the shims that were usually hammered out and broken anyway, causing the trouble. The newest compensator had adjustable screws instead of shims. Personally, I'd be shopping for a used pump and have lots of spare parts after you rob the part you want.
