With an inch and a half of rain on Saturday morning at the show it was impressive there wasn't more of this.  The field demos went very well but had to stick to the high ground.  Duals on the combine might have kept it from sinking :-)

My Dad always had duals on his Allcrop 90. What a beast it was to pull down a country road.

in the early sisties we had a bean field with a wet spot. Dad would combine up to it and then he would hook the WD that I was operating up. we would combine beans for about 200ft, unhook and I would wait for him to get back and I would pull him through again. made for a long afternoon

In future years if there are green weeds etc in the crop to be combined have the field presprayed with roundup a week before the field is to be combined and the combining

will  be  alot easier plus the grain will be dry.
