I run into some trouble on my 1940 model B  if the clutch  is not engages I can't crack it over  but if I set the clutch with the little engage plate I can crank it over  I have not done anything to the forks ( have not even taken it apart yet)   any ideas  thanks

Tim will the tractor roll while in neutral? It sounds like it may be stuck in gear but we need a little more info.

See that is the trouble I have the back wheels off and the back end up on stands
