Mr. L, you never cease to amaze me. Would you happen to have a reconditioned head for a C ? Are the CA heads the same? I guess I could have the local shop do the work, but to have the head done by the master would make the tractor feel special.

About the only difference in the 1938 heads thru the 1950's heads for the B's, C's CA's and RC's is in the ports and the numbers cast in the pushrod oil galley. Not much difference then. I don't have any heads ready to install at this time. I might have a couple that are ready for valves but would have to check. None are ported! All of those are gone. I have not rebuilt any heads for two years. I still have about a dozen to work on if I get a wild hair to do so. Horses take up most of my home time now.

I have some around that would need reworking, none ready to go.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
