CA aux. hyd. line

Getting ready to mount the snowblower to the front of my CA and am wondering about the aux. hydraulic circuit I have (for lifting the blower).
 As I recall, once the rams for the snap coupler/3pt reach the end of the stroke the pressure goes on to the aux. cyl(s).
I plan to have a drag blade on the back, does it mean that when I lower the rear blade the blower will drop also? Is there some sort of valve I can put on either line to keep the blower (or the rear blade) up?

	In its original configuration both the Rams and Aux port get fluid the same time whatever is lightest will go up first and come down last. you will either need three valves the two rams are on seperate ports. or find a way to put a diverter valve in the place of the position hold valve. there is no bolt on mod for this you will need to creat your own. the CA uses the same pump valve setup as a WD so you can copy one of those. you just don't have much avaliable space to hide it under the platform. you might rethink a back blade its not real convient to have a blower in front and blde on back you need a lot more room to manuver in. 	I added some hydraulic rated ball valves to mine. I have a loader on the front and a blade on the back. I think I found mine at Surplus Center, they were $26 each plus shipping.

	Steve, Did you fabricate your own mount for the front of your CA? I'm considering doing the same thing, but it would be nice if I didn't have to create it. Thanks, Greg

	Stewart, so, if I put a valve inline withe the cyl for the blower lift I can close it to keep the blower up, but then I need two valves to do the same for the rear rams/blade? Greg, I'm going to use the set up for the front plow my CA came with to mount the blower. I'm making up a gearbox to reverse the blower direction and will use a driveshaft driven by chain from the PTO. I'd be glad to exchange thoughts & plans with you, PM me if you're interested.
