I broke a blade on my Sun master rotary mower by Sunflower industries, modal ca-160d and am having trouble finding a replacement.
Any suggestions?

I broke a blade on a Bushhog, the price on line or the local Bushhog dealer was about the same no shipping from the local dealer. This mower is old and I thought I mite have trouble but was very easy. But Bushhog is still in business which helps too.Good luck.

Take a good blade and go shopping at TSC. Should be able to match it up, if they have it in stock. If not, take measurements and go on the innernut to Shoup or tisco...

Buy two sets. If it broke once then it will again. I always keep a spare set sharpened and hanging on the wall just in case.

a lot of farm stores are starting to carry generic ones, if you know the size you can check locally first, if close, maybe a machine shop can cut one down to size? I had an old Sunmaster, and found new blades for it years ago, but the rest of the mower wore out/broke before I could get them changed.

Sunmastr is now owned by Art's Way, they still sell parts but can be a bit pricey. The original blades on mine were really soft, they bent easily when hitting small rocks or wood chunks, I bought a new set, can't remember where.. New blades are really hard, been running for grass cutting 3 years now haven't bent one yet on the occasional rock or stump. They are a bit strange as no center hole, just two holes either side of center.
ASAP Tractor parts has a blade that looks like mine, for a 60" deck:
•Replaces Arts-Way OEM nos R66103
•Length: 21-5/8"
•Rotation: CW
•Width: 3"
•Thickness: 3/16"
•Bolt Holes Diameter: 1/2"
