Years ago my wife and I attended a couple of tractor shows in Indiana. One was outside and the other was inside I believe at Auburn. Anywho, there was a trailer at each of the shows that served broasted chicken and fish that was very good. I was wondering who the people were that ran it and are they still serving fish and chicken?
  Thanks,
   Dan

Wow, broasted fish? Sounds interesting, I love fish, never had it that way. Wonder what fish is used? Maybe cod, or something that you can get a relatively thick fillet, to work in a broaster.
Broasted chicken is one my favorite ways to prepare it.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Thanks for posting this question. I haven’t even heard of or ate anything out of a broaster out here in the sticks we’re kinda in the dark.

As much as I like fish if’s good out of a broaster I might just have to buy one. If nothing else it’ll give me a reason to go fishing.

Broasted chicken is GREAT!  One of the wifes pure loves.  I could care less, as I ate WAY TOOooo much chicken on the farm as a kid.  Seems like we had it for every meal and if you wanted a snack.......
Now fish done that way??  About the only fish I can think of that would hold together would be a slab of salmon..... I'd like to try it though.
