I just wanted to thanks Tony for helping my wife with the parts for my D17 that I received for Christmas. She said that you were very patient and helpful and never once made her feel like a burden to you because she didn't know anything about what she was ordering. To often we forget that the kind of customer service we receive from our AC guys is unfortunately not the norm any more. Once again THANKS!!!!!!!
