I have a 1941 B. It has been converted to 12V negative ground. It does not get used very often, so I would like to put on a distributor with electronic ignition. There does not seem to be a lot of info on how to do this on the web. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Contact SteveNJ.  He has a company that supplies electrical items to Allis Chalmers equipment.  He is also a sponsor on this site you can probably get the information from his ad.
We put a lot of distributor - without electronic ignition - on a lot of the tractors we sold.  Worked fine and were a rather easy changeover.  In fact, we had several owners that stored their tractors in old rock forts.  The dampness killed the mags but the distributors worked very well.  This picture taken at the "Coming Home" GOTO may help.
Good Luck!
