B/C magneto and tuneup

   I am giving the tractors some TLC. Would like confirmation of my assumptions with the spark timing. It has the magneto.

My C flywheel has a F mark on it. I can't find a C mark.
If I am running 1200 rpm, using a timing light, the F mark should light up centered 
in the timing hole?
Is this F mark at 30 degrees BTDC?
The magneto has no varying advance, F is centered same at 600 rpm or 1200. Correct?
The magneto's impluse coupling retards the spark by 30 degrees when hand cranking?
That means the start spark happens at about TDC?
