Is the right lower arm broken? Wonder why they put the muffler on wrong? Supposed to be pointing up. Looks about the same condition as mine. I paid $2000 for mine. It's my main chore tractor. Been using it the last few weeks skidding logs over to the neighbors house.

They turned the muffler down to mow small orchards. I delivered fuel to a orchard years ago. They had some smaller apple trees that they mowed around with one like that.

I agree, but people seem to jump all over these things. I looked at one that was a trade-in at the local JD dealer. They wanted $1,500 for it, but it had problems. Medium range was competely gone, and somebody had put a bracket on it to hold it into high range (it would jump out without the bracket on it). It also started hard and had quite a bit of blowby. I told the salesman "good luck", but I guess somebody bought it, because it was gone the next week.
