An 8550 allis on a semi trailer heading west from Keystone Iowa towards Nebraska on Friday. ..? It's supposed to be coming to my house, and I was expecting it yesterday afternoon. I think it must have taken a detour, and is probably spending the weekend at the truck driver's house somewhere in Nebraska. I am so desperately needing it to get here so I can play catch up seeding, that I really ain't too happy about another delay. SHAMELESS, you didn't re-route it, did you? what trucking company is hauling it? I know of one company that hauls tractors that don't work/run on weekends! I could drive by that haulers place and see if it's there!

No l don't Darrel, thought it look like a pretty good one. I have a spare if you ever need parts. It's all there but has a knock in the motor, still runs. Bought it for the tires. Hate to get rid of it in case we need parts.

Good deal, grease the universals. If I remember, that one had the driveline update, that has an extra joint. They should have all had that. Takes a lot of vibration out of them when they turn.

I certainty do hope that it has the up-dated driveline. I even had a hand in helping install one of them updated drivelines once upon a time many years ago. My 7580 had it also. If a person would push off the greasing too long, it would start vibrating when you'd turn sharp. Grease it up, and would be good again. Darrel
