looking for some contacts that i may get a hold of to help me set the gov on my d17 or soem better info on how to set the gov. my issue is that the tractor cant reach the rpm just driving it bogs down i remove the carb spring and it will just keep reving so i feel its internal gov. should i do this my self? is it pretty easy?
